Indoshastra was founded with a singular conviction — that businesses and individuals deserve financial advisory that is technically rigorous, commercially aware, and deeply personal. We are a chartered accountancy firm practising in Delhi NCR, registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Our practice spans direct taxation, GST, statutory audit, corporate compliance, deals advisory, and private client services. We work with founders, family offices, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals — bringing the same standard of care to a startup's first compliance filing as to a complex cross-border transaction.

Mahima Malhotra is a Chartered Accountant (ACA — ICAI) and the founder of Indoshastra. She brings over a decade of experience across direct taxation, GST, statutory audit, corporate compliance, business valuation, financial modelling, and deals advisory. Prior to founding Indoshastra, she trained and practised with leading CA firms, gaining deep exposure to complex multi-jurisdictional engagements, transaction structuring, and regulatory advisory for corporates, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.

Qualified to issue certificates required under SEBI's ICDR Regulations for IPO/SME IPO filings. Experience in due diligence, financial statement preparation, and working with merchant bankers and legal counsel on public issue documentation.

Abhishek Shinde is a Senior Advisor to Indoshastra, bringing over 20 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and general corporate advisory. He has advised leading Indian business groups and international investors on cross-border transactions, corporate restructurings, and strategic investments across a wide range of sectors. He has been recognised as a notable practitioner for M&A in India by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) annually since 2020.
